these are my terms of service that you agree to upon commissioning me. they are written by me and me alone and are NON-NEGOTIABLE. i ask that all commissioners read the terms of service before commissioning me, to prevent any future conflicts.i receive payment via: squaremy rights as the artist:
i have the right to post commission work on my social media, as well as displaying the work as examples on my website. this includes live2d models!your rights as the commissioner:
you have the right to post the art around, use it as a profile picture/banner, on the conditon that i receive credit. proper credit includes tagging me on the respective website. if i am not on the website you upload it on, please provide my twitter OR my commissions website.your rights as the commissioner FOR LIVE2D MODELS ONLY: you have the right to use the model for monetary purposes, i.e. streaming, filming monetized videos, etc., on the condition that i still receive full credit for the work. proper credit includes tagging me on the respective website. if i am not on the website you upload it on, please provide my twitter OR my commissions website.my policy(s):PLEASE provide a full (front and back, side view is optional!) reference sheet WITHOUT shading, unless there is a color chart on the side. i would prefer to have a good idea of what the character looks like, so i can get the markings done correctly.if you have a specific pose in mind, please let me know WHEN you complete your payment. you can draw a simple pose for me (stick figures are perfect), send a photo reference, or write a detailed description! please keep in mind that i do better with visual ideas, rather than reading them!once i receive your payment, you are able to ask for a full refund AS LONG AS i have not started your commission.once i START your commission, depending on how much i have completed, you will receive a PARTIAL refund, and you receive the unfinished work.if i at some point find out that the character reference you provide is highly referenced or stolen, i WILL NOT provide you a refund. instead, the finished artwork will be given to the original owner. you will then be blacklisted permanently from commissioning me.you are allowed TWO MINOR adjustments if you are unsatisfied with any part of the commission. my errors on markings DO NOT count towards these adjustments!i will keep all commissions updated on trello! if you're unsure if i have started your commission, i have my trello updated as much as possible!i reach out at every stage of the commission to see if it looks okay, this includes; sketch, lineart, color, shading. i ask that you respond in a timely matter, otherwise, i WILL work on other commissions.if you have any further questions about a time window, or your commission status, please don't be afraid to reach out to me! i'm more than happy to reassure you on any concern you have!

___ koubean's blacklist ___

these are people that are banned from commissioning me at any point, unless i decide to remove them from the blacklist. if i happen to make adopts, these users are not allowed to receive them, even via trade. i will blacklist people who attempt to commission me for a user that has been blacklisted.
